My name is Nathan Rose and I am a new associate with the Valley's largest broker, London Properties. London sells more houses than anyone in the Valley (a home is sold by us every 2.3 hours!) and will do whatever it takes to get you into your new home or out of your existing home. I carry the same goals, which is to do my best to ensure that the buying and selling process is fun and worry free experience.
Buying and selling is in my blood. I come from high end exotic car sales and have always had a passion for real estate, but never had the chance to get my feet wet. This year instead of possibly creating a deep regret, I took the plunge and did the work to get a real estate sales license and find the best real estate broker in town. I am in the perfect spot to help as many people as possible in finding their future home, or selling their current home.
Another motivation for getting into this business is to actually help my clients and to work for them. Every customer is different and I realize that every customer has different needs and a different style to buying and selling their house. I appreciate that and meeting new and different people everyday is what gets me out of bed in the morning!
When I went through the buying process of my house, I was overwhelmed to say the least. I really didn't know where to start. So I did what 90% of people now a days do, I started looking online for properties. What did it mean to be a foreclosure, a short sale, traditional sale and many other terms that I had no clue as to the meaning? I thought you found a home and went to the bank and that was it. Luckily, after about 10 agents with various companies throughout the Valley and tons of offers, denials, and wasted time, I ran into a London Properties agent that was able to negotiate my deal and get my dream home.
The difference of this agent and everybody else was night and day. He knew exactly what to offer (it was less than asking), and how to write the contract so that the bank didn't reject it because they don't want to be responsible for a pest inspection (it does happen).
